The Planners put together a wedding that really reflected who we are as a couple by balancing the different requests and styles of groom and bride and created an evening that blew everyone away! There is no doubt our wedding will be one of the most memorable days for our guests and certainly a day we will cherish forever.
Throughout the planning process, TPs were excellent at keeping track of all items and were terrific at helping us manage our budget suggesting compromises in the right areas. They weren’t just focused on helping us find the right vendors but also made sure that we got the most value from them. The whole team really showed great agility in overcoming any challenges such as helping us find vendors that would service a fully bespoke stationary design and also in their team management ensuring that they positioned resources where attention was required. They showed a lot of empathy, patience, and a willingness to support our last minute requests such as a change to the wedding arch which would have also meant a rework on surrounding decorations like flowers to ensure everything was still cohesive. Their coordination with the vendors especially with our venue in managing our guests and negotiating to our benefit was a clear demonstration of their professionalism and outstanding stakeholder management.
During the day, it went smoothly and the team was excellent at managing the schedule and was on hand to support us with our needs and going as far as to make sure that we ate to ensure we kept our energy up (and avoid becoming hangry).
The Planners are completely deserving of the trust and confidence to own the planning and on-day management of any wedding. It is clear they genuinely care deeply about the wedding as much as the bride and groom. What they did for us was above and beyond what we had expected and what a magical night it was – bravo.
