A Roman-inspired destination wedding in Phu Quoc
As a fragment of the glorious Ancient Roman Empire unfolded, Thuong and TJ’s wedding ceremony gave us some the most mesmerizing moments on the beach of Phu Quoc island we have ever seen.
From the moment we first met the bride Thuong, she had exuded the vibe of a muse, who TJ wants to give the whole world to. With that impression in mind, we decided to invoke the romantic epics of old to their wedding.
The guests knew from the very entrances that they were in for something special: while the bride elegantly walked into the sunset for their wedding ceremony, the groom “camouflaged” himself to surprise the guests with his entrance.
The mellow sunset, the couple’s unique flair, the precious emotions – everything blended seamlessly to create such an epic and romantic scene to witness and experience.
The dinner reception was a dreamscape coming to life, with a focus on ethereal lighting that transformed the venue into a forgotten Roman garden. Soft, glowing lights created a magical atmosphere made the ambiance feel like a dream, transporting guests to a heavenly garden filled with romance and tranquility.
As the sun set and the moon rose, the night got as wild as you could imagine for Thuong and TJ. A re-entrance that featured an unforgettable display of flair with cash launcher and double champagne popping? That was just so TJ!
We love how they went all out at everything, whether it was the super hot first dance that seemingly raised the heat of the whole island that night, or the exciting games that stirred up the atmosphere for their guests.
It was exactly how wedding parties are supposed to be, with countless of exciting, creative moments shared with their loved ones.
If you’re planning a destination wedding, this blog will help you out a ton!
