Before deciding to choose a wedding planner, I looked through and consulted many parties, but I was very impressed with The Planners’ weddings, especially the destination weddings. Personally, I think they are very strong in the program planning stage and the weddings are often different and have the couple’s own personality.
During the preparation process, they took care of us enthusiastically and thoughtfully. TPs also understood the bride and groom’s ideas in coming up with the wedding concept, choosing music or recommending vendors and mini games, wedding favors for guests. I’m a picky person, but I was very surprised and satisfied when I witnessed my own wedding!
Duong and Thanh are the two planners who directly worked with us throughout the wedding planning process. Duong has a good taste and understands my ideas, so the decor and wedding concept conveyed my wishes and was even more beautiful than we’d imagined. Thanh was in charge of the program, working with Thanh felt very comfortable. The wedding day went very smoothly, not only us but the guests were also very happy.
Our wedding received many compliments, and our family and guests were very touched. We feel very lucky to have placed their trust in the right place, thank you The Planners for playing a huge part in the success of our big day.

We worked with The Planners Vietnam for our destination wedding in Sapa at Ville de Mont, and they were truly incredible. From the very beginning, our planner Thành guided us through every step with professionalism, kindness, and so much patience. Planning a wedding from California could have been overwhelming, but they made the entire process smooth, organized, and completely stress-free.
They took care of every detail for us: securing the venue, arranging transportation, coordinating and negotiating with vendors, and even helping the groom find tailors for two custom suits. The vendors they recommended were all exceptional. The DJ, MC, photographers, videographers, band, singer, and transportation were reliable and among the best in Vietnam.
What stood out most was how thoughtful and solution-oriented the entire team was. Anytime we had a question or request, they always found a way to make it happen. They are amazing listeners and always tried to support us before and during the wedding day! On our wedding day, we were surrounded by so much support from their team, and it allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment. I personally had Tu Anh as my bridal assistant and she was extremely helpful on my wedding day. It rained during some parts of my wedding which is typical for Sapa, but she ensured that my dress was dry or would assist me through the whole wedding day! I’m so thankful she was there! Their floral design and styling by Thao Vu were breathtaking and brought our vision to life in a way that exceeded everything we dreamed of.
The Planners Vietnam went above and beyond in every possible way. We are so grateful for them and especially Thành and Thao who were with us along the way! Their professionalism, creativity, and dedication made our wedding unforgettable, and we are so grateful for everything they did. We got these planners for our dream wedding in Vietnam, they were awesome. I did not have to speak Vietnamese or do anything, i turned up on the day and said “I do” totally stress free.
