For Thi & Long, “Tangled” became the perfect reflection of their journey together and chose to envison a wedding where fantasy gently meets reality. Set against the breathtaking seascape of Ha Long Bay, every detail was thoughtfully curated to capture the fairytale’s enchanting spirit while delicately weaving in the couple’s own story.
The journey begins with the golden flower from the opening scene of “Tangled”, the very element that sets the entire story in motion. It becomes the guests’ first encounter upon entering the ceremony, inviting them into Thi & Long’s world of love and wonder.
The radiant sun, symbolizing the kingdom where Princess Rapunzel was born, becomes a signature motif throughout the celebration, appearing across the invitation suite, graphic elements and the dance floor. A rich golden palette defines the design language – bold and contemporary, yet timeless in its elegance.
The evening unfolds with an energetic and joyful opening dance inspired by Rapunzel’s vibrant celebration through the town after finally returning to where she truly belongs. Throughout the celebration, glowing light serves as a quiet symbol of hope, love, and the remarkable journey that brought two souls together to grow, belong, and remain forever connected.
Rather than recreating scenes from the film, The Planners distilled its most meaningful elements and translated them into a wedding experience that feels deeply personal to Thi & Long. Their dream was never simply imagined, it was brought to life. More than a fairytale brought to life, their dream was never only imagined, but genuinely became an emotional experience, leaving behind the kind of memories that stay with every guest long after the evening had come to an end.
