Beach wedding + InterContinental Danang = perfect combo

Jaymee and Oky love Danang’s beautiful beaches, and InterContinental Danang offered great elements that aligned with their vision for the wedding. Set on the sun-kissed shores of Vietnam’s central coast, their beach wedding was a vision of purity, elegance and intimacy.

With the ocean as their witness, the bride and the groom exchanged vows in a ceremony defined by its all-white palette – a poetic tribute to love in its most sincere and delicate form. The ceremony took place on the beach of InterContinental Danang Resort, where every detail was intentionally designed in pure white – from the aisle to the stage, and the blooms that adorned both.

Complementing the ceremony was a thoughtful snack and refreshment area, styled not only for function but also as an extension of the aesthetic. Each table was carefully dressed with ribbons, candles, and soft-toned fruits and delicacies, inviting guests to pause, indulge, and savor the moment.

White roses took center stage, accompanied by hydrangeas and orchids, chosen not only for their elegance but also for the sense of softness and calm they brought to the space. The effect was serene and powerful – a gentle bloom of emotion wrapped in quiet simplicity.

A dazzling dinner reception

As dusk fell, guests moved into the reception hall of InterContinental Danang, where a completely different – but equally refined – ambience awaited. The space was transformed into a warm, intimate cocoon, draped with flowing fabric that softened the architecture and added layers of depth.

Departing from traditional layouts, the dinner tables curved gracefully through the space, encouraging fluidity and connection.

In a bold and poetic departure from the norm, no florals were used on the reception tables. Instead, approximately 1,000 candles lit the room, casting soft, flickering light across every surface.

This flowerless concept created an atmosphere that was not only luxurious and unexpected, but truly magical – where every shimmer of candlelight became a gesture of love.

If you are planning to have a wedding in Vietnam, this blog will definitely help!
